It is a very beautiful Italian made house (was an Italian consulate during the war). It is situated in the center of the town Of Rhodes in a traditional neighbourhood surrounded of pedestrians full of flowers and small tradional hotels. It is only 3 minutes away by foot from the beach. The house has two storeys. Ground floor is completely separated from the upper one and it works as beauty parlour. There are two different entrances. They can be reunited easily without causing damages if the person who byes it wants it so. Ground floor can easily be rented as an office or medical cabinet or rent the rooms and have an interesting income from it. In the other hand it can be joined to the rest of the house. House surface is 110 sq.m ground floor, 110 sq.m. 1st floor and another 70 sq.m. of attic plus a beautiful terrace of 30 sq.m. with view on the top. In the upper floor there is a main bedroom with a big clauset, there is a laundry room, a dinning room, a kitchen completely equipped joined to the living room, a double bathroom with bathtub and shower and double sinks, there is a wooden stair witch goes to the attic, were there are two more bedrooms with windows on the roof and a small TV room. There is another wooden stair on the other side which goes to the terrace upstairs from where you have a nice view on the ancient part of the town of Rhodes.
